Anger after Operations
The purpose of this presentation is to increase soldiers awareness of the nature and effects of anger. Anger is one of the most common responses of soldiers returning from operations. Anger can have a negative effect on performance, relationships and general well-being. Anger is defined, normalised and discussed and coping strategies are provided.
Soldiers who are aware of anger, its effects and how to manage it are able to cope better and maintain relationships, professional conduct, and force capability.
